Why detailers use hexagon lights
Paint defects are found by looking at a reflection. A honeycomb ceiling reflects in the panels as a pattern of straight lines, and any distortion in those lines shows where the finish is uneven. That is why the hexagon grid has become the signature ceiling of detailing studios, and why it is also a strong backdrop for the finished-car photos a studio posts online.
Choosing a layout for a detailing bay
Centre the grid over the vehicle position so the reflection covers the bonnet, roof and boot lid. For sides and lower panels, detailers add wall-mounted hexagons or perimeter lines built from the same parts.

Colour temperature and colour rendering
The standard white is 6500 K with CRI 80, a cool daylight tone detailers commonly use for inspection. 3 Colors Change kits switch between 3000 K, 4000 K and 6500 K, and RGB versions add brand colour for reception areas and feature walls.
Factory-direct for studios and distributors
Production orders start at 10 pcs with a 2-year warranty, and the AC product lines run on AC85–265V for 110V and 220V markets. Detailing brands and installers can order standard grids or their own logo and shape layouts.
